In what is considered a significant milestone, BHSL inaugurated the fabrication workshop for rolling penstock ferrules for small hydropower projects in the country on 2nd December. His Eminence Rangshikhar Rinpoche presided over the inaugural ceremony of the ferrule fabrication workshop. BHSL looks forward to the successful completion of the HM works
